Bryan Haywood Joins the PSARA

 PSARA is pleased to announce that we have have hired Mr. Bryan Haywood as our Industrial Safety Services Manager. Mr. Haywood has
more than 10 years of experience managing safety and health
processes in both union and non-union environments. He holds a
B.S. degree in Occupational Safety and Health and an M.S.
degree in Safety Engineering. Mr. Haywood has managed safety and
health processes for four Fortune 200 companies, including two OSHA VPP STAR facilities.
He has developed, implemented, and managed for continuous improvements
safety and health management systems resulting in a 30 to 80
percent reduction in OSHA rates and saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in workers' compensation costs. Mr. Haywood’s style of
safety management leans heavily towards process measurements of
“up-stream safety factors” and the integration of Six Sigma
management principles for managing a safety and health process.
