Employees who work on machinery or equipment are constantly faced with the risk of accidental startup or energization. To properly protect these workers (authorized employees), the proper training is required. PSARA provides a comprehensive training program for the control of hazardous energy sources. We focus on the identification and isolation procedures for the various energy sources employees may encounter. The procedures to be followed as outlined in the OSHA standard are thoroughly covered in the course. Participants practice isolating various energy sources during the class hands-on session.
